- Our practice is people focused and solution driven. We believe a client in a legal dispute is a client that is not appropriating their time and resources toward fulfilling their life mission or company goals. For that reason, we are tireless in discussing early problem-solving solutions and crafting a strategic end-game plan.
- Whether the issue involves business and property division in a divorce, a multi-faceted real estate transaction disputing title and ownership to property, or a business dispute, we specialize in finding pro-active solutions at every stage of the case. Although civil litigation is the foundation of our practice, we are pro-active in considering creative, non-conventional, non-adversarial solutions during every stage of the litigation.
- Our practice includes pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and divorces involving marital property. We do not handle divorces involving child custody disputes.
- Having owned a title company, we have a niche for commercial and residential real estate transactions, crafting and negotiating buy/sell agreements and leases, litigating title/ownership issues, pursing tenant evictions when needed, etc...
- We work with individuals, businesses, large and small, sole entrepreneurs and company management drafting buy-sell, purchase agreements, and handling company litigation.
Our Team
Christina L. McCracken-Nussle, J.D.
Christina L. McCracken-Nussle, J.D. was born in Dallas, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin where she received her BBA in International Business/Finance. She next attended St. Mary's University School of Law in San Antonio, Texas and received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude with honors. After law school she practiced law with her father, H.C. McCracken, Jr, a known litigation attorney in Dallas. After his passing in 1997, she joined a local, then national law-firm in their litigation division. In 2017 she opened a boutique law firm in Dallas with several partners and continues in those legal relationships to this day.
She has held various positions at the Dallas Bar Association and served as Chair on various committees. She serves in her local and statewide community, holds positions on several non-profit Boards, is an author, speaker and teacher of the Bible.
